Paul's trying the banana diet.

Yea, that's motherf**king right, I'm gonna take the Japanese Morning Banana Diet that was created in Japan. Yea I know, Procrastinators United is actually about making video games, and music, and a few videos here and there, but I guess it wouldn't hurt. I mean it seems completely off topic right? I mean what does it have to do with Procrastinators United? Well I don't know myself, but I'm too lazy to build another blog, as I am a procrastinator.

Yea that's right, I'm tired of being called fat, piggy, and fat ass and even though sometimes its a joke, it just gets to you in the inside. I want to be able to wear skinny pants, run fast, play my trombone/baritone louder, not get tired as easily, and be strong. Sure I may not be the biggest man alive, but still, it wouldn't hurt to try to lose weight right? So starting tommorrow, I will be tracking down this diet, and to see if it does actually work. Some people may think I am crazy if I am using this diet alone to get all of the above, but I'm also exercising and cutting down on my stuff when I eat. So as this is a diet, it has a few rules to follow.

As quoted from www.morningbanana.com the rules I have to follow are the following:

Eat a banana for breakfast

  • You can eat more than one, and in fact the inventor of the diet often ate four (smallish Philippines) bananas in the morning, but don’t stuff yourself to the point of fullness or discomfort.
  • Eat only raw, uncooked, unfrozen bananas.
  • Other fruit may be substituted.
  • If other fruit is substituted, some variants require it be restricted to one type of fruit per meal.
  • If you are still hungry 15 or 30 minutes after your banana, you can eat other food (the Japanese inventor of the original Asa Banana Diet sometimes ate a rice ball two and a half hours later, about 200 calories worth; Morning Banana forum members have suggested oatmeal, although it’s not as portable as a rice ball).

Eat normally for lunch and dinner

  • Dinner must be eaten by 8 p.m. at the latest (6 p.m. is better).
  • There are no explicit limits on the types of food you can eat for lunch and dinner, or the amount. But in practice dieters report on Mixi that they try to cut the amount of rice they eat and find substitutions for fried foods. As with many diets, the mere fact you have decided to go on a diet tends to make you more aware of what and how much you are are eating and how healthy it is. The diet avoids strict food rules to prevent a sense of deprivation.
  • However, you should not eat a dessert with dinner or any of your meals; you’ll need to satisfy your sweet tooth during a snack, but we’ll get to that later.
  • At all meals you should eat only until you’re satisfied but not full or stuffed. The Japanese have a proverb, Hara hachibu ni isha irazu, “A stomach eight-tenths full needs no doctor.” American dietitians define this level of fullness or satiety as a 7 on a 1-to-10 “hunger scale,” and they teach their clients to recognize this feeling.

Drink only water

  • The only beverage allowed at most meals is water, preferably mineral or filtered.
  • The water must be at room temperature, not chilled or hot.
  • The water should be drunk in small sips and not used to wash down food.
  • There is no quota of water to drink, and you should not drink it in excess.
  • Outside of meals non-caloric beverages like tea, coffee, and diet soda are generally allowed but somewhat frowned upon, and in general water is encouraged as much as possible; frequent consumption of milk products is discouraged.
  • On social occasions you may drink beer or wine.

Eat your food mindfully

  • Chew your banana and other food thorouoghly and be mindful of its taste.

You may eat an afternoon snack

  • A sweet snack of chocolate, cookies, or the like is allowed at about 3 p.m.
  • Ice cream, a donut, or potato chips are not recommended.
  • Some substitute fresh fruit for their snack, but if you want sweets you should not deny yourself.
  • Some Japanese who like salty snacks eat salted konbu (seaweed) snacks and some Japanese who are very hungry in the afternoon substitute a filling, fist-sized rice ball for sweets.
  • A good alternative if a salty or more filling snack is needed is popcorn according to Morning Banana forum members, but watch out for excessive fat content.
  • If you are hungry after dinner, you may have a second snack of fresh fruit, but this should not be a habit.

Early to bed

  • Go to bed by midnight. If you can manage to go to bed earlier, all the better.
  • Try to aim for a four-hour period between your last meal or snack and bedtime (which is why 8:00 p.m. is the latest you should eat dinner).

Exercise only if you want to

  • Put no pressure on yourself to exercise.
  • If you want to exercise, go ahead: the test is to do what puts the least stress on you.
  • But try to get some walking in every day if possible (but again, don’t force yourself if it stresses you out).
  • If you want a traditional Japanese light workout, consider taking up the kendama.
This may take awhile to accomplish, but in the end, it will be all worth it. So yea, this is going to take a ton of will power and effort. So wish me luck I guess.

What did you do on Martin Luther King's Birthday?

It is currently night time... They are coming for us... I can't last in this world any longer... They are changing. They are adapting. We are left for dead, alone in this world. With my friend Elvin and two other strangers, a hot chick named Zoey, and a random ass old timer who served in the army, Bill. We need to stick to each other. We cannot last any longer if we don't stick together! They are coming for us!

Wait- what is this?
I hear crying?
Elvin also hears crying?
We should go rescue this little girl!

We hear the crying from inside this building, and Zoey opens the door very slowly. We both walk in the dark building and the crying gets louder and louder. Something seems to be off though, why would there be a little girl crying! Zoey flashes her light on the girl, but I realized it was no girl. I quickly take her flashlight and take it off.

It was a monster, that would slash you to death. The reason it cries is unknown to me, but from what I've heard, it is just miserable but then again it could be luring a trap. Outside I hear some rucuss, and Elvin accidently runs inside to get us, but flashes on the monster. The monster or politically correct term, the witch then gets furious and I grab Zoey and run out. Elvin then closes the door, and the witch continues to slash through. Elvin then points his sub machine gun and shoots the creature until it dies. Meanwhile Bill and I are busy covering Elvin. Elvin then sees a helicopter and then runs after it desperately to call for help.

It was a mistake. He should have done that. While he was running, another monster reffered to as a hunter is crawling by, waiting for the right moment. When Elvin least expected it, the hunter leaps on him and slashes his chest. Zoey thought, fortunately was able to kill the hunter and save Elvin. Although Zoey saved Elvin she shot the car that the Hunter was on, causing it to alarm.

When the alarm was sounded, hordes of Zombies where running to the sound. Luckily Zoey had a pipe bomb, which attracted the zombies to a red light and then explodes. Although this pipe bomb was no where enough. We shot the hordes of the undead but they keep coming and coming. It was never ending. We then heard a shake in the ground.

It was the brute. It was the tank.

On the four of our faces, we had that expression, "oh shit."

It came running like the hulk. It pounded through it's fellow undead and was focused on one thing. Killing us. It's roar was loud, and it came after us.

We ran to the nearest alley and tried to climb up the ladder. Zoey and Elvin had already came up, but me and Bill were still on the ground. As we thought they were gonna kill us, their heads exploded, and Zoey yelled "I got you covered! Go go!". We climbed for our lives and we heard the roars of the tank get louder and louder. We were able to climb to the roof of the building that we were climbing. Zoey though was still on the platform, but the Tank was also climbing. It clang on to the platform that Zoey was, and she shot the tank continuously. She then jump as the platform and the tank fell to its death. At first it seemed like Zoey wasn't going to grab the ledge, but my hand was there to grab hers. I then pulled her up, and I said, phew, its over.

Then Elvin said, it ain't over, it's just the beginning of the party... The four of us then walked to the other side of the roof, and we looked down, and saw the ocean of the undead, aimlessly walking.

Big changes for the "The World is Yours"

I should be sleeping for school tommorrow... Oh well...

Hello there world! It is me, Paul, and I have some news for you! Okay, here we go... It turns out that my story "The World Is Yours" was written more like a novel than a beat the shit out of the evil emperor who is gonna take over the world RPG. But then again it is a friggin High School Drama/Comedy which by the way seems to be a weird and paradox. I have decided to convert the game genre from a RPG to a Visual Novel since that seems to be the way to go for me. Of course though, it will still have that feature to choose your own path and kill your physics teacher, and be an asshole only for the next day that your teacher is alive and not pissed, and that the people you were an asshole too seems to forget about your actions... The game will be using the Novelty Engine which was developed by some dude by the name of Erik.

If you have been following this blog, then you may be like, Paul what are you going to do with the old version of The World Is Yours? Well my answer for that is I am going to reuse those 33 maps and over 50 non playable characters for something else and kind of recycle it. The old version [RPG Version] was made by RPG Maker VX, so I can even use some of the content in novelty. Do not worry. I will finish this game.

Our New Years Resolution!

Its a new year! A new start! We have so much stuff to work on and games to release later! For the new year we have many new projects that we would like to unveil to you guys, whoever you guys are. These projects are currently under development and for some of these projects, production will not start till February or March.
These are our following projects:

The world is yours is a high school comedy/drama role playing game. It takes place in the fictional town West Orange, and in West Orange High School. Take on the role as the main character and live a boring life... or not...
A game that takes place in a fantasy based on our fantasy.
A highschool drama gone way to far...

Just think of this as a free roaming RPG. You get to kill your physics teacher, only for them to magically come back? You can be nice to people or you can be a complete asshole to them. You can steal stuff from people, and break into people's houses... or be normal... Its a a sand box game but there is still a storyline to follow. You get to do anything, because simply the World is yours.

Another project that is in a early stage is A subject to Change.

An innovative, action-packed, simple game that is fun but also has pretty fucked up plot twists.
No other current information on A Subject to Change.

Another game we have is quite different. It is different because it is a fan game and its 3D. Developed by two rabid Sonic fans, we bring you Sonic Rebirth Adventure, showing the best levels from the entire franchise. Please don't sue us SEGA!
